the why
After a "spontaneous" awakening in 2014, for years I walked the path of self-realization. Sustained practice led me to bliss and peak experiences.But something went awry.The teachings had made me lose connection to myself.My focus on enlightenment had disavowed the dark, and now my shadow got ahold of me.It got so bad that I had to turn to professional help. Schema therapy made me see how a lot of dysfunctional coping was built into the spiritual paradigm: overstimulating excitement and teaching techniques of dissociation while erecting a god-self to banish negative emotion, pain and uncertainty forever.Before therapy the system of human design had already helped me disengage from the one-size-fits-all approach of spirituality.A Projector with an open throat? Forget about Law of Attraction manifestation practices.

Emotional definition? Trying to stay high vibe means you are overriding your natural wave and the authentic means of gaining clarity.Not-self, inauthentic behavior was encouraged all over the place in spirituality.But it wasn't untill I studied my own birth chart in evolutionary astrology that I really came to understand myself in a new and radically self-loving and eye-opening way.All my patterns, behavior and conditioning translated directly into my chart.

Why did flow often seem to appear and disappear out of nowhere, and why could energy suddenly turn heavy and dense? Why did life seem to move in spirals?
